Our Commercial Financing and Banking practice group has extensive experience representing both borrowers and financial institutions.  Our asset-structured transactions have included equipment loans and leases, commercial loans, trade receivables and other conduit financing transactions. We have experience negotiating and securing commercial loan financing and refinancing of up to $200 million. We also have experience structuring multi-layered financing opportunities with new market tax credit and tax-increment financing. These revenue sources are especially valuable to developers in lower-income tract areas.

From the equity side, we have engaged in private offerings enabling companies to manage and mobilize resources better, such as capital, research and partnerships. Our Section is familiar with private equity offering and the varying states’ blue-sky filing requirements. We also have attorneys with experience in public offerings of securities from the issuer’s and investor’s perspective as well as holders of privately held securities in connection with initial public offerings of the same.
